Your refund window

Jabari Harper, the seller operating Tesla Light Show Maker, offers a full refund on your song-pack purchase if you request it within 30 days of your order date, including for a change of mind. You do not need to prove a technical fault to request a refund within this period.

How to request a refund

Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Visit paddle.net to locate your purchase and request a refund. You can also email support@teslalightshowmaker.com and we will help route your request to Paddle.

Include your purchase email, order date, and order or receipt number if available. Never send your full card number or password. A reason is helpful but not required for a request within the refund window.

What happens next

Paddle processes approved refunds to the original payment method. Processing and bank posting times vary; your refund confirmation will provide details. Song credits associated with a refunded pack may be removed. Packs are one-time purchases, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel.

This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights or refunds required by law. Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms also apply to payment processing.
