Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply to your account, purchases, and light shows.

1. Who you are contracting with

Tesla Light Show Maker is operated by Jabari Harper, an individual based in California, United States (the “seller,” “we,” or “us”). Your use of the service is an agreement with Jabari Harper. Contact us at support@teslalightshowmaker.com. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age to enter a contract, or use the service with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to bind it.

2. What you are buying

We provide software that analyzes audio and generates downloadable Tesla light-show files. Song packs are one-time purchases in USD: $5 for 3 songs, $10 for 6 songs, or $20 for 25 songs. One song credit makes one light show. Unused song credits do not expire. These are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically. Any applicable tax and the final total appear at checkout.

Downloads contain .fseq choreography and .wav audio files inside a LightShow folder. You need your own permitted audio file, an account, a computer with a supported browser, and a compatible USB drive and vehicle. Model 3, Model Y, Model S, Model X, and Cybertruck are supported selections; available lights and movements depend on your vehicle, equipment, software version, and Tesla's custom-light-show support. Compatibility and identical behavior across all vehicles are not guaranteed.

3. Payments and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our Refund Policy provides a 30-day money-back guarantee. For product help, contact our support email; for payment or refund help, visit paddle.net. Refunded credits may be removed from the account; this does not limit your refund rights.

4. Music and content rights

You retain any rights you hold in your uploaded audio and other inputs. You must own or have the necessary permissions to process the audio, create the show, and use or share its output. Buying a recording or a song pack does not grant additional copyright, public-performance, or redistribution rights. You must confirm your audio rights before generating a show.

We do not claim ownership of your music or generated show files. Any rights you have in outputs remain subject to third-party rights and applicable law; AI outputs may not be unique or copyright-protectable. You grant us only the permission needed to process your inputs, generate the show, and store and deliver saved outputs. Do not distribute copyrighted music or shows containing it without permission.

Rights holders can report infringement to support@teslalightshowmaker.com, identifying the protected work, the affected content, and their contact details. We may remove or restrict disputed content and suspend or terminate repeat infringers.

5. Acceptable use and AI limitations

  • Do not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, or to infringe intellectual-property or other rights.
  • Do not interfere with security, introduce malware, probe systems without authorization, scrape the service without permission, or bypass access controls, song charges, or safety limits.
  • Do not submit illegal content, hateful or abusive content, deceptive deepfakes, malware instructions, or attempts to jailbreak the AI or evade safeguards.

You are responsible for your prompts, your input rights, verifying outputs, and how you use them. AI choreography can be inaccurate, incomplete, or imperfect. It is not professional safety advice or regulated professional advice, and must not be relied on without appropriate human oversight. We may refuse or filter requests, remove or restrict content, and suspend accounts for misuse.

6. Vehicle safety

Use shows only while safely parked in a suitable, lawful location. Stay with your car and follow Tesla's instructions. Keep people, pets, and objects clear of moving windows, mirrors, doors, and the liftgate. Do not run a show while driving or interfere with traffic. Consider flashing-light sensitivity, noise, local rules, and your surroundings.

The software applies movement limits, but this is not a guarantee of safety or correct behavior on your vehicle. Preview and inspect each show before use, supervise operation, and stop immediately if anything behaves unexpectedly. You are responsible for deciding whether a show is safe for your vehicle and location.

7. Our software and your account

Jabari Harper retains ownership of the service's software, documentation, and branding, excluding third-party materials. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms. Do not resell our service, copy its software, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or circumvent technical limits. Keep account credentials confidential, provide accurate details, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Availability and liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free performance, or that every show will meet your expectations. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability is limited to fees you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, or mandatory consumer rights.

9. Suspension, termination, and changes

We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can request account closure through support. Download backups of shows you want to keep; account closure may result in deletion of saved files, subject to legal retention duties. We may update these terms and will post the revised date, and notify account holders of material changes where required. Your non-expiring credits do not guarantee perpetual service availability.

10. Governing law and independence

California law governs these terms, except where mandatory consumer protections in your location apply. Disputes may be brought before the courts with lawful jurisdiction in California, subject to your mandatory rights. Tesla Light Show Maker is an independent product, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc.
