Contact us
Email support@teslalightshowmaker.com. Tesla Light Show Maker is operated by Jabari Harper in California, United States. Include your account email and a description of the problem. For download or playback issues, tell us your Tesla model, software version, and what happened. Please do not send passwords, full card details, or music files.
Payments and refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. For billing questions or refund requests, visit paddle.net, our payment reseller's customer-support site, or email us for help. See the Refund Policy.
Do I need a computer?
Yes, a computer and compatible USB drive are needed to copy the finished files to your car. You can create an account and buy a pack on your phone, then sign in on your computer to make and download your shows. You provide your own audio file and must have the rights to use it.
Which cars can use a show?
You can select Tesla Model 3, Model Y, Model S, Model X, or Cybertruck. Custom-light-show availability and supported movements depend on the car's software and equipment. Check Tesla's instructions for your exact vehicle before purchasing or playing a show.
How do I copy shows to my USB?
Download LightShow.zip on your computer and unzip it. Copy the single folder named LightShow onto the root of a compatible USB drive. Each main download includes your saved collection, so replace the previous LightShow folder rather than adding numbered folders. Keep a backup on your computer and avoid deleting unrelated USB files. Follow Tesla's USB-format and playback instructions.
What if the show isn't right?
AI choreography may not match every beat or behave identically on every car. Preview the show, try a different song section, or contact us. Use it only while safely parked, supervise the car, and keep people and objects clear of moving parts. You can request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Do unused songs expire?
No. Song packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. One credit makes one light show, and unused credits never expire.
